Hi all,
Its me again, not much to report. Life is pretty busy between working all the time , school and trying to have a semblance of a life. Saturday my wife Brandi and I went to the Greek fest over on Friendly Ave. Have to say it was wonderful as usual. I like Greek food even if i can only hold about 4 ozs. I walked all over the place and hardly got winded at all, YAY! I am pleased with the way i am going along. I have now reached my 100 lbs mark, and i am thrilled, not bad for 2 1/2 months huh?

But, frankly, I don't think Dr. Husted ever expected anybody to be perfect all the time. This surgery is supposed to give you a semblance of a normal life, that's the whole point. I think, after the initial adjustment period, you're getting just that.
Considering I think you're still plateauing- what's your loss goal for this month? I think you outta just concentrate on the inches you're losing if the pounds aren't coming off as hoped. :D
